Our Vinyasa Practice will focus on balancing strength & flexibility in the hip rotators, quads, glutes and hamstrings and that beloved IT band. We’ll stretch the shins and do exercises for plantar fasciitis.
This flow is for both beginners and those experienced yoga practitioners who want to rehab before race day. Devon, an experienced yoga teacher and fun-run-er is a member of Cambridge Running Club, has run some marathons & bikes Boston daily.
